Terms and Conditions
1. Organizer
The organizer of this competition is:
Autexis AG, Switzerland
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Autexis AG and affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members and persons involved in the organisation of the competition, are excluded from participation.
3. How to Enter
To participate in the competition, participants must:
- 1. Like, comment on, or repost the organiser’s designated LinkedIn post within the competition period; and
- 2. Complete and submit the entry form on the competition landing page, providing the mandatory information; and
- 3. Accept these Terms and Conditions and the Data Protection Notice.
Only entries that fulfil all requirements will be considered valid.
4. Competition Period
The competition runs from 17. to 22. March 2026. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
5. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded:
- MIGROS gift voucher with a value of CHF 100.–
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other items.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition has ended. The winner will be notified by email using the address provided in the entry form.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected.
7. No Affiliation with LinkedIn or Instagram
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn or Instagram. By participating, participants release LinkedIn and Instagram from any responsibility related to this competition.
8. Liability
The organiser accepts no liability for technical issues, transmission errors, interruptions, or failures that may affect participation or prize notification. The organiser is not liable for any damages arising from participation in the competition or from acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Data Protection
Personal data collected in connection with this competition (in particular name, email address and social media profile links, if provided) will be processed by Autexis AG for the following purposes:
- administration and execution of the competition,
- selection and notification of the winner, and
- marketing and communication purposes, in particular to inform participants about products, services, events and news of Autexis AG by email or other electronic means, provided the participant has given separate consent.
Participation in the competition is not conditional on consenting to marketing communications.
Personal data will not be passed on to third parties and will be stored only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations.
Participants may withdraw their consent to marketing communications at any time with effect for the future, for example via the unsubscribe link in each email or by contacting Autexis AG. 10. Changes and Termination
The organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time for legitimate reasons, in particular in cases of technical or legal necessity, without prior notice.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This competition is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of Autexis AG, to the extent legally permissible.
